Cho 85g bơ mềm vào thố sâu lòng, thêm 70g đường trắng vào, trộn đều. Tiếp đến cho từ từ lòng trứng gà đã đánh vào, trộn cho quyện đều.
Rây 105g bột mì và 2g bột nở vào thố bơ, dùng phới dẹp trộn đều. Sau đó cho tiếp chuối nghiền vào, trộn cho quyện đều.
Cho hỗn hợp vào khuôn bánh có lót sẵn giấy nến. Đặt khuôn vào lò nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 30-35 phút. Bánh chín lấy ra để nguội.
Trong nồi nhỏ, cho vào nước đường và siro phong đun cho quyện đều. Sau đó chải hỗn hợp vừa đun được lên đều khắp bánh nướng. Bọc màng thực phẩm khắp bánh, ủ khoảng 2 ngày là có thể dùng.
Bánh chuối bơ trứng có thể dùng cùng chút mút trái cây như mứt dâu, mứt mơ rất tuyệt nhé! Bạn có thể dùng ăn sáng hay cho các bữa ăn nhẹ đều được.
