Cá trắm kho sả riềng là món ngon giàu dinh dưỡng với thịt cá trắm chín bùi bùi, béo thơm, quyện cùng sả và riềng cay thơm ấm nóng. Món cá kho này dùng trong những ngày mưa thì rất ấm lòng.
Cá trắm mua về rửa sạch với chanh và muối để cá không bị tanh, cắt cá thành những khúc ngắn vừa ăn. Hoặc có thể mua cá đã làm sẵn để tiết kiệm thời gian nhé!
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, chiên sơ cá để cá săn lại và không bị tanh. Ướp cá với gói gia vị cá kho và nước màu. Thả cá đã ướp vào nồi, tiếp tục thả riềng, ớt và sả. Sau đó nêm gia vị nước mắm, dầu hào, hạt tiêu. Đổ nước xâm xấp cá, đun nhỏ lửa tới khi nước cô đặc lại. Cho một ít dầu ăn vào để miếng cá mềm ngậy. Tắt bếp và nhấc ra.
Cho cá ra đĩa, bày trí ít lá bạc hà cho đẹp mắt, dùng với cơm nóng rất ngon. Món cá trắm kho riềng sả mặn cay rất đưa cơm, thích hợp dùng cho những bữa cơm ngày lạnh.
